MiKADO Personal Styling (“MiKADO,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides its services (described below) to you through its website located at www.mikadopersonalstyling.com (the “Site”) and through its related services (collectively, such services, including any new features and applications, and the Site, the “Service(s)”), subject to the following Terms of Service (as amended from time to time, the “Terms of Service”). The following terms of service form a binding agreement between you and us, and govern your use of the website and all services offered through the website.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or modify portions of these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes to our Terms of Service by posting the new Terms of Service here: https://mikadopersonalstyling.com/terms-and-conditions/ and updating the “Last Updated” date below.
Services Description
MiKADO provides educational and informational resources that are intended to help its customers with the way they dress and the development of their style. In addition, the service is designed to provide men and women with clothing, shoes and accessories (“items”, pieces”, “wardrobe”, “clothes”, “options”) selected by our Personal Stylists, at unset intervals, whenever they request it. Our Personal Stylists locate items on your behalf, at an agreed upon budget, shopping list and brand selection. You then select which items you would like to purchase, with no set requirement of purchases made, in order to retain our services.
Clothing Return Policy
You are subject to all retailer and store return policies, as they apply to all products purchased during your project. You are responsible for returning any items you do not wish to keep during your project. Should you miss the return date or be unable to return your purchase for any other reason, MiKADO will not compensate you for the cost of that item, nor will we be responsible for your inability to make a return.
You agree that in retaining our shopping services, that we will not be doing any of your returns, nor will we incur the cost of any items you are unable to return, for any reason as stipulated by the manufacturer.
Modification of Service Packages and Pricing
MiKADO reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that MiKADO will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. MiKADO reserves the right to change service package pricing at any time. Quoted prices for service packages will not be honored, if the service package has since increased in price since time of quote delivery. It is recommended that you submit payment on your quote upon receival, in order to avoid any price increases that may occur in the future.
Refund Policy and Service Support Guarantee
All sales of personal styling service packages are final, with no exception to this rule under any circumstance. Any service package you pay for is a final sale purchase, and will not be refunded under any circumstance.
We always want you to have the utmost confidence in your purchase, knowing if for any reason you are not satisfied with the outcome of your project, we will continue working with you until you are, free of any additional charge.
Our Service Support Guarantee means you have unlimited revisions and edits available to you on all packages. It does not, however, grant you access to any additional packages outside of the scope of your original purchase.
All purchases of digital courses, trainings, masterclasses and workshops are final, with no exceptions. Purchases of all digital offerings are not covered by our Service Support Guarantee and will not be refunded under any circumstance.
Payment, Fees and Billing
During your Style Consultation (“consultation”), you’ll work with your Personal Stylist to determine which of our packages is best suited for you.
You will receive a quote within 24 hours of your consultation outlining the cost for services required for your project. Should you choose to move forward, you will process your payment at this time.
Payment for services rendered is due in full, or the first payment in your payment plan, prior to the commencement of any work on your project.
If you select the payment plan, you must pay the initial payment on day 1 and then your selected payment method will be automatically charged the following payment in 30 days. If you opt for monthly payments, you will remain responsible for those payments, and you may not cancel or avoid these payments. In the event that any payment is not made, the Company shall immediately suspend your access to the Service and all supporting materials.
All public speaking engagements and presentations (in-person or virtual) are billed at our hourly rate. You will receive a quote within 24 hours of your consultation, outlining the cost for your project and time required for preparation and day-of presentation.

No Guarantee As to Results
As set forth more fully in the Disclaimer of Warranties, you agree that MiKADO has not made any guarantees about the results of taking any action, whether recommended during your service or not. The Company provides educational and informational resources that are intended to help you succeed. You nevertheless recognize that your ultimate success or failure will be the result of your own efforts, your particular situation, and innumerable other circumstances beyond the control and/or knowledge of MiKADO.
You also recognize that prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Thus, the results obtained by others – whether clients of MiKADO or otherwise – applying the principles set out in your project are no guarantee that you or any other person or entity will be able to obtain similar results.
Use of Courses, Programs and Associated Materials
MiKADO provides various courses, programs, and associated material for sale on this Website. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our courses, programs, and associated material ( “Courses”) for your own personal use. Except as otherwise provided, you acknowledge and agree that you have no right to modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance or in any way exploit any of the Courses in any manner.
By ordering or participating in Courses, you agree that the Courses you purchase or download may only be used by you and may not be sold or redistributed without the express written consent of MiKADO.
By ordering or participating in Courses, you further agree that you shall not create any derivative work based upon the Courses and you shall not offer any competing products or services based upon any information contained in the Courses.
Limitation of Liability
You agree to absolve MiKADO of any and all liability or loss that you or any person or entity associated with you may suffer or incur as a result of use of the information you receive from the us. You agree that MiKADO shall not be liable to you for any type of damages, including direct, indirect, special, incidental, equitable, or consequential loss or damages for use of our services.
MiKADO makes no representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, and accuracy of the information, 3rd-party service providers, and wardrobe-related products products used during any of your services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall MiKADO and/or its 3rd-party service providers be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of the liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. If you are dissatisfied with any portion of our service offerings, or with any of these terms of use, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the website.
Arbitration
You hereby expressly waive any and all claims you may have, now or in the future, arising out of or relating to MiKADO, any and all contracts you enter into with MiKADO, and any and all of the MiKADO’s products and services.
To the extent that you attempt to assert any such claim, you hereby expressly agree to present such claim only through binding arbitration to occur in Los Angeles, California. You further agree to and do hereby waive any right to class arbitration and agree, instead, to conduct an arbitration related solely to any individual claims you and/or any entity related to you asserts against MiKADO. To the fullest extent permissible by law, you further agree that you shall be responsible for all costs associated with initiating the arbitration and for the administration of the arbitration.
Right to Suspend
MiKADO reserves the right, in our discretion, to suspend your use of the Services at any time, as necessary to protect the security or operation of the Services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services and all content, products and services included on or otherwise made available to you through the Services are provided by MiKADO “with all faults” and on an “as is” and “as available” basis, unless otherwise specified in writing. MiKADO makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, as to the operation of the Services or any content, products or services included on, or otherwise made available to you through, the Services, unless otherwise specified in writing, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular use or purpose, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, and accuracy. You expressly agree that your use of the Services and products purchased through the services is at your sole risk. We make no warranty that the Products or Services will meet your requirements, or that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free; nor do we make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the Products, or Services, or that defects in the Products, or Services will be corrected. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from us through the Services, or otherwise will create any warranty, representation or guarantee not expressly stated in these Terms of Use.
